Mattias Stenberg is responsible for the global strategic direction and overall business development of Hexagon’s PPM division. He has served in key business roles since joining Hexagon in 2009 – primary responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, strategic planning and corporate development – and held the title of Chief Strategy Officer prior to joining PPM. Stenberg has an MBA in economics from Linköping University and a degree in computer sciences from Stockholm University, both in Sweden.
Stenberg previously worked in investor relations and corporate development for Stockholm-based Autoliv, the world’s largest automotive safety supplier with operations in 27 countries and sales to the leading car manufacturers in the world. He also has business development and finance experience while working for Teleca, a software provider in the mobile phone industry.
Moore is responsible for directing the Hexagon PPM division’s worldwide finance and business operations, including accounting/finance, financial reporting and planning/analysis, contracts, purchasing/facilities, information technology, mergers and acquisitions, and order management/delivery. He has served Hexagon since 1993 in key business operations roles, including business operations manager for several software business units. Moore served two years as Executive Vice President/CFO of Z/I Imaging, a majority owned former joint venture between Intergraph and Carl Zeiss, before re-joining PPM in 2002 as CFO. Prior to joining the company, Moore was a financial analyst with EER Systems in Huntsville, Ala., a large defense contractor. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and a master’s degree in management from the University of Alabama-Huntsville.
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Melanie Eakes is responsible for all Hexagon PPM division Industry Solutions activities, which include product development, customer support, quality assurance, and product management. Her first experience with the company came in 1978 as an intern with what was then known as M&S Computing. Eakes joined Hexagon full time in 1984, beginning as a PDS® developer and later managing PDS development, as well as other solutions. She has a double degree in computer science and math from the University of North Alabama.
Stephan is responsible for the Hexagon PPM division’s business operations in Europe, Middle East, India & Africa (EMIA). Previously, he held a variety of roles in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) business and has solid, proven experience in those industries. Stephan previously worked at Aveva for eight years as Southern Europe Sales Director and for Auxitec for nine years. He joined Hexagon in April 2008 and served successively the positions of Vice President Western Europe and North Africa, and more recently was Senior Vice President North West and Southern Europe. His 20 years’ experience in leading strategic sales management in the software industry combined with his background in team sports at a competitive level makes him a real team leader. Stephan holds a degree in management from EM Lyon Business school in France.
Yada is responsible for the Hexagon PPM division's business operations and strategic direction in the Asia-Pacific Region. He previously had oversight of the business operations and strategic direction in South America. He joined Hexagon in 2010 as an account manager responsible for the marine industry in Brazil and oversaw the largest EPC companies in this segment. Yada was promoted to sales management with key account management responsibilities of strategic owner operators in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries. Later as a sales director, he led the team in Brazil supporting all the industries in the different phases of the project lifecycle. Yada began his career in 1999 with an information technology consulting company, developing his technical skills as a programmer, technical consultant, project manager, and in business development, before moving into sales in 2007. He holds a technical degree in information technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Belanger is responsible for the Hexagon PPM division’s business operations and the strategic direction of the Americas Region (encompassing North America and South America). Prior to Hexagon, he held executive roles across operations, sales and marketing, with more than 30 years in the industrial marketplace, working extensively with both owner operators and engineering firms. He joined Hexagon as part of its acquisition of PAS Global. Belanger's experience spans several vertical markets including refining, oil & gas, chemicals, mining, utility power, and forestry products. He started his career with the U.S. Navy Submarine Force where he learned to appreciate the expanded value of a high-performing team. His passion is working with customers to help solve challenges in their business.
Senior Vice President, Process Safety & OT Cybersecurity
Carrigan is responsible for defining and implementing Hexagon’s strategy for process safety and OT cybersecurity solutions. He also is responsible for the Hexagon PPM division’s sales strategy, which includes the Alliance and Partner program, as well as overseeing divisional customer success initiatives to ensure clients receive maximum value from our solutions. He previously served PAS Global – acquired by Hexagon in 2020 – for 20 years in a variety of roles, including Senior Vice President of Technology, Managing Director for the Middle East and Global Sales Leader, culminating as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to joining PAS, Carrigan spent 10 years with Air Products & Chemicals in several technical and commercial roles. An industry veteran, Carrigan has extensive experience in international business, engineering, sales, and technical consulting in the processing industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Miller leads the global asset management business and is responsible for business development, software and services sales, presales, delivery, operations, and customer success. She directs EAM’s growth ambitions aligned to Hexagon’s vision to be the world leader in digital realities and autonomous solutions. Prior to joining Hexagon, Miller was Vice President & General Manager of Infor’s Enterprise Asset Management business, with responsibility for sales, presales, customer success, and operations and led the business through a successful transformation to create a competitive market position, drive profitable growth, and deliver long-term value to customers. She also previously served as Chief Transformation Officer at JDA Software / Blue Yonder, a global leader in autonomous supply chain solutions, and before that as Vice President Digital Transformation and Innovation at SAP and as General Manager N.A. Manufacturing at Teradata Corporation. Miller is an alumna from the University of Pittsburgh with a master’s degree in business administration/finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.
White is responsible for driving the global growth strategy for the Hexagon PPM division. His charter is to define the business and go-to-market strategy in target markets across the product portfolio, as well as defining and implementing operational plans to execute strategy. White has extensive experience across the capital asset and software product lifecycles. He joined Hexagon as a key member of the EcoSys leadership team when EcoSys was acquired in 2015. Prior to EcoSys, White worked for 23 years at Faithful+Gould (F+G), a leading project management and controls consultancy, and held numerous roles, including CIO and SVP of Systems Consulting. White studied Building Construction and Quantity Surveying at Sheffield Hallam University in Yorkshire, U.K.
Cryer is senior vice president and the Hexagon PPM division’s chief marketing officer. Under his leadership, the division’s marketing organization is undergoing digital transformation. Cryer is developing an insight-driven culture and establishing scalable, global operation to power marketing’s strategic impact on the business. Prior to joining Hexagon, Cryer was with Microsoft for 14 years, pioneering the cloud computing channel strategy and holding a variety of senior strategy and marketing positions across the globe. Cryer studied Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Marketing at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
Kaplan is responsible for the strategic direction of the Global Human Resources function for the Hexagon PPM division. She develops the people strategy in support of the organization’s overall business goals, providing leadership and focus to advance the company’s vision. Areas of accountability include talent acquisition and retention, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, professional development, acquisition integration, and succession planning. Kaplan fosters a culture that promotes transparency, trust and innovation, and inspires employees, ensuring they are valued members of the organization. Kaplan’s career spans more than 25 years, during which she has held various leadership roles within global multi-million dollar software, services and hardware companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
