Intergraph® Announces Australian Leg of Global Engineering Conferences

Intergraph®, the leading global provider of engineering software, has announced that its PP&M Global 2014 User Conferences series will visit Brisbane on 26 August and Perth on 28 August.
Built on the theme of “Learn, Grow, Connect”, Intergraph PP&M Australia 2014 provides those working on mining and energy projects with a genuine opportunity to connect with the industry’s experts, learn about the latest engineering developments and leverage best practices from other companies.
Intergraph PP&M 2014 features a keynote presentation by experts from Leica and Accenture, who will discuss digitising a large brownfield plant – a hot topic for Australia’s mining and energy industries. Intergraph Executive Vice President of PP&M Asia-Pacific, Franz Kufner will present an outlook for energy in the region, discussing the drivers and emerging trends, as well as customer success stories.
SeveralIntergraph technical specialists will address issues such as harnessing the power of smart engineering to secure an advantage in the global market, and the future of enterprise information management.

More than 2,000 delegates from Asia-Pacific are expected to attend the conference series, which has already visited Japan, Thailand and China. After Australia, the series will continue to South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia, before heading to destinations in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
