Course Description: This course is designed for current users of Smart Instrumentation, IT and Support Specialists who are responsible for its administration and customization for company specific needs. Plant and project lead specialists in charge of instrument data management are also a target audience for this class. Topics Covered: Working with Foundation Fieldbus – Plug and Socket and traditional termination types Calibration Module setup, configuration and use Fluke calibrator data import Working with the Import Utility and the Merger Utility Working with Intrinsic Safety Loop Calculation and with As-Built and Project information. Course Prerequisites: Completion of Smart Instrumentation Basic User class (TINT1001), or extensive practical experience with the software. Basic industry knowledge of instrumentation and familiarity with Microsoft Windows applications.
