We at Hexagon PPM are here to assist you during the continued COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation. We recognize that “Business as usual” is not the norm at this challenging time.

First and foremost, we are committed to the safety, health and well-being of our customers and our employees. We are working with an abundance of caution and have implemented several policies aimed at minimizing risk. As you are already aware, PPM President Mattias Stenberg has implemented a work-from-home policy for all but essential personnel who need to remain at our sites. We also have broadly adjusted travel for all but essential situations.

We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure that we maintain open communications with our customers. Being a global company that supports worldwide projects, we have time-proven business continuity procedures that allow us to work at home in all aspects of product support.

As a result, we are still providing quality and timely support. Our sprint reviews are continuing as planned and at this time we do not foresee any delays in product delivery plans.

Our Global Support team is fully staffed and available to assist you. We are continuing in a normal fashion with a heightened awareness and urgency around specific issues that some of you are experiencing as it relates to the sudden change in work from home for your business.  We are continually growing new knowledge base tips and preparing FAQ that will be helpful for challenges we have seen from our customer base.
