COVID-19 Risk Assessment Summary (UK)

Hexagon PPM (Intergraph UK Limited) has prepared its UK Swindon office to be a COVID Secure Workplace.  A thorough assessment of the risks associated with COVID-19 in the workplace has been carried out and the controls have been implemented to mitigate this risk.

The risk assessment has been carried out in line with UK Government guidance and will be continuously reviewed and updated where required to ensure it remains current.
Controls implemented aim to ensure  employees who have a requirement to attend the office stay as safe as possible while on our premises. These include an attendance booking system, one-way systems, face masks when in communal areas and moving around the building, and sanitising stations in strategic areas throughout.

Employees have been communicated with during the preparation process and documentation has been shared to detail the new layout and the measures implemented. 
At the current time, attendance in the  office is for critical reasons only and in consultation with management and Human Resources. In line with the change in guidance from the UK Government on 22 September 2020, all employees should continue to work from home.
