Intergraph® Process, Power and Marine (PP&M), part of Hexagon and the world’s leading global provider of enterprise engineering software to the process, power and marine industries, will hold its annual Canada User Conference, ICAN 2016, in Calgary, Alberta, on Wednesday, November 2.
ICAN 2016 continues the successful theme of “Learn. Grow. Connect.” and will offer owner operators, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) companies, and fabricators the opportunity to attend educational sessions, learn about new technological innovations and hear best practices from leading engineering and design companies.
Some of the featured sessions at ICAN 2016 include:
- Keynote presentations from Intergraph executives who will discuss how Intergraph PP&M is investing for the future. Executive Vice President, Development, Global Support & Quality Assurance Melanie Eakes will discuss new innovations in visualization, augmented and virtual reality, understanding the importance of project controls in a challenging market and the latest technological enhancements in the Intergraph product portfolio.
- Hands-on product demonstrations and sessions with five tracks covering topics such as 3D modeling and visualization, information management, engineering and schematics, procurement, fabrication and construction, as well as project controls, will be presented by Intergraph PP&M and EcoSys product experts.
- The technology expo area will include an enterprise and visualization zone featuring 3D visualization, augmented reality and 360-degree virtual views from Intergraph SmartPlant® Review.
